4wd radio controlled electric car mounted on a GF-01FT tracked chassis, delivered with a Toyota Land Cruiser LC40 body. 1960 to 1984. Tamiya announces the release of an RC model combining the characteristic body of the Series 40 and the GF‐01FT 4x4 crawler chassis!


• 1/12 scale assembly kit.

• Reproduces a Toyota Land Cruiser 40 pick‐up equipped with four track units in place of wheels.

• These tracks provide much better traction than tires and allow the model to evolve easily on sand, snow, mud and all difficult terrain.

• GF‐01FT 4x4 monocoque frame with mid-mounted engine and front and rear gear differentials.

• “Square” configuration with identical wheelbase and track offering unique performance.

• Choice of track shoes: standard with flat base or with toothed lugs.

• Lightweight polycarbonate body. Pilot figure included.

• Type 540 motor and variable speed drive included.

Scale : 1:12
The 1:12 scale is mainly used for models and miniatures like motorcycles. A model of motorcycle in the 1:12 scale will be 12 times smaller than the actual bike. If the motorcycle is 2.5 m in length, then the miniature will measure 8 inches / 20.8 cm in length (250/12 = 20.8). figures in the 1:12 scale are about 6 inches /15 cm high.
