Le produit présenté ne correspond pas au produit reçu ! et absence de service après-vente puisque celui-ci ne m'a jamais répondu ! Je n'achèterai plus chez eux !
P. Philippe Schandalig dat dit nog niet in orde staat zelfs...! Ik had al een zeer slechte review gegeven nochtans. Als dit besteld wordt krijg je een stickervel van 1 op 5 cm met daarop pietluttige kleine stickertjes om op een schaalmodel te kleven. Ik had vooraf zelfs nagevraagd of ik het aangeboden schaalmodel aan het bestellen was, daarop kwam het antwoord dat ik een schaalmodel zou krijgen. Maar nee een stickertje voor meer dan 10 euro zonder transportkosten. Ik zou dan wel het aankoopbedrag teruggekregen hebben maar dan moest ik wel eerst retour transport betalen!! Nogmaals ik heb geen probleem met transportkosten maar niet na een foutieve levering. Je zou dan denken dat de after sales contact zou leggen na die eerste slechte review, maar dat zelfs niet! Ik koop al 10 jaar zeer veel producten online en dit is de slechtste tot nu.
