Product description : Joint Light Tactical Vehicle M1279 JLTV Utility
The Oshkosh L-ATV (Light Combat Tactical All-Terrain Vehicle) is a light multi-purpose and combat vehicle.
It has been awarded the contract for the Joint Light Tactical Vehicle (JLTV) program led by the US Army.
The JLTV is intended to partially replace the HMMWV but will not replace all vehicles.
The Utility (UTL) vehicle is the multi-purpose vehicle with a flatbed.
