The infamous Panther was produced in 5,796 units from January 1943 to April 1945.
In "World of Tanks", this Tier 7 medium tank is primarily a mobile sniper, including the cannon 7.5cm KwK 42 L / 70 can destroy lower tier tanks at any distance and, with targeted fire, also higher tier tanks.
