How does it work?
Specially ordered products are ordered and reserved especially for you from our suppliers, who have them in stock. Payment in full is made when you place your order.
Shipping time is approximate and may vary according to demand; it is generally between 2 and 4 weeks.
What are the advantages of specially ordered products?
Specially ordered products are available from our European suppliers, but are new or rare products that we don't physically have on hand when you place your order. This allows us to offer you an extremely wide choice of products while keeping stock levels optimized and our carbon footprint low.
What you need to know before ordering:
If your order contains both in-stock and specially ordered items, your order will only be dispatched once all items are available. To avoid waiting times, we recommend placing two separate orders.
Our ordering service represents a mutual commitment, both on your part and on ours towards the manufacturer. Please note that any cancellation by you after the 7-day cooling-off period following validation of your order will incur handling charges corresponding to 25% of the value of the order.
